**Responsibilities**:
**The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager will oversee the activity of the quality assurance and quality staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organizations products and/or development processes.**
- Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the department.
- Manage final source inspection, pre-shipment audit includes headcount budget from time to time.
- Train, coach and lead a team of quality engineer.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Assess effectiveness of corrective action and improvement activities changes.
- Work closely with manufacturing to improve quality issues include issue escalation
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of non-conformance Internal (NCI).
- Identify any areas of weakness, recommending and implementing improvement.
- Review, setting on Quality KPI and Objective to assure factory quality.
- Manage Material Review Board (MRB) escalation.
- Assure compliance to in-house, external specifications include customer specific requirement, workmanship, and quality standards.
- Able to communicate and work with the cross functional team.
- Participate in internal audit, external audit and quality circle and continuous improvement activities.
- Specific task and project assign by superior from time to time.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Engineering or equivalence.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience of in quality related function with 2 years in managerial roles.
- Preferable semiconductor equipment industry with lean manufacturing background.
- ASQ certified CMQ will be added advantage.
- Proficiency in quality tools such as 5 Whys, 8D, RCA problem solving FMEA ,etc.
- Good interpersonal skill and communication skills.
- Flexible and responsive to changing priorities including but not limited to overtime and potential limited travel to other Lam facilities.
