Axiata Digital Labs is seeking an experienced IT Service Manager to support our telecommunications client. The IT Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality IT services, ensuring that our client's needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role demands stake management skills, technical expertise, and an understanding of the telecommunications industry.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- ITIL certification or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an IT Service Manager or in a similar role within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,568.03 - RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:
