**Position**: Senior Audit Associate
**Location**: Penang, Malaysia
**Salary**: RM 5,000

**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out audit procedures in accordance with **audit plan and SSAs.**:

- Prepare draft financial statements in accordance with **Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.**:

- Manage audit engagements, including initial engagement planning, analysis of controls and processes, preparation and review of audit documentation and management letters, monitoring engagement processes against budget and timeline.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and identify business development opportunities.
- Coach and develop team members to achieve technical competencies and efficient performance.
- Be familiar with regulatory and reporting requirements.
- Cultivate an engaging work environment that promotes a shared commitment to excellence in achieving the firm’s quality, client service, people, and financial objectives.
- Provide quality assurance of audit files.

**Requirements**:

- A recognized **degree in Accountancy and professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA Australia,**or equivalent.
- Experience in handling a portfolio of clients.
- At least **3 years**of working experience in the related field.
- A good understanding of pertinent business and risk management issues, with familiarity in relevant regulatory and reporting standards.
- Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, and business acumen.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of other software like **Caseware, Python, and UiPath** is an advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
