Customer Service Representative for Aesthetic Clinic

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our prestigious aesthetic clinic. Our clinic specializes in eyelid surgery and is renowned for providing exceptional services to our valued clients. If you have a passion for customer service, basic computer skills, and an interest in the aesthetic industry, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide detailed information about our clinic's services, procedures, and pricing to potential and existing clients
- Assist clients in scheduling appointments, coordinating consultations, and managing their treatment journey
- Utilize our cloud-based system to manage client records, appointments, and other administrative tasks
- Take high-quality photos of clients for the main doctor's reference and documentation purposes
- Collaborate closely with the clinic's team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the entire process
- Maintain a strong knowledge of our clinic's offerings, stay up-to-date with industry trends, and effectively communicate this information to clients

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service roles is highly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- A friendly and empathetic approach to customer service, with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- A genuine interest in the aesthetic industry and a willingness to learn about eyelid surgery procedures
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (with the option to work from home on Mondays) and half day on Saturdays
