In charge of the overall supervision, planning, control and coordination of all activities & personnel engaged in administration and service and production operations of the Restaurant & Bars including but not limited to responsibility for the overall planning, directing, controlling, coordination of all restaurant activities and functions for the Hotel and room service to ensure maximization of Food & Beverage revenue and high standards of customer service.

**Responsibilities**
- Directs, controls and coordinates activities of the entire Restaurant, Bars and Room Service to ensure efficient, profitable, consistent and smooth food service and production at all times.
- Develops and implements new ideas for the Restaurant, Bars and Room Service areas which will increase sales, reduce costs and improve productivity in line with guest preferences.
- Recommends and coordinates activities all methods of maintaining and increasing Food & Beverage business, volume, including advertising, marketing, promotion, and etc.
- Together with Head Chef and Cost Controller, ensures maintenance of financial control systems and obtains all relevant statistical analyses of food and beverage costs and revenues.
- Works closely with stores and purchasing to ensure stocks and reordering are working correctly.
- Ensures and manages control of food & beverage costs in all areas of the F&B operation.
- Maximizes employee productivity; constantly identifying and actively providing training to staff to ensure quality service and guest courtesy.
- Schedules and forecasts staffing levels in accordance with HR policies and business volume.
- Inspects daily all Restaurant, Bars and Room Service, storage areas under his control.
- Trains and develops subordinates; follows-up and enforces orientation of all new employees and ongoing training of all staff.
- Observes and records employee performance, able to makes recommendation for staff promotions.
- Ensures payment of bills and cash handling procedures are adhered to and to ensure accurate control of collection from guests and customers.
- Provides personalized service to key customers and actively seek guest comments, feedback and suggestions to maintain and improve the Restaurant. Bars and Room Service.
- Enforces Occupational Safety & Health Act and House Rules.
- Establishes and maintains effective employee relations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 3 years (required)
