We are looking for HRDC TTT Certified Trainer who can:

- Design and deliver interactive training program to trainees.
- Demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Facilitate impactful workshops that promote teamwork, leadership, communication, problem solving and other soft skills.
- Exploit a variety of training methodologies.
- Process a strong facilitation and interpersonal skills.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide constructive feedback to trainees.
- Exhibit a professional and positive attitude.

**Requirements**:

- Valid HRDC Train-The-Trainer (TTT) Certification & Accreditation Certificate is mandatory.
- Experienced in designing and delivering Team Building and Soft Skills training programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong understanding of learning principles and training methodologies.
