Job Description:
1. Responsible for coordinating the human resource management of overseas business teams. Responsible for all the HR function in Kuala Lumpur/Singapore.

2. Familiar with the management system and process of international companies. In-depth understanding of overseas and domestic business departments, understanding the human resource needs of business departments, cooperating with business departments to complete the formulation and implementation of human resource planning programs,

3. Build an overseas team and participate in the implementation of the company's salary and welfare policies.

4, responsible for the company's human resources policies, systems and important projects in the department landing and implementation;
5. Promote the promotion and implementation of corporate culture and values in the department;
6. Responsible for team management, making the team fully support the development of the business.

Job Requirements:
1, bachelor degree or above, more than 8 years of human resources experience; Responsible for overseas business, malay and English can be used as working language, it is prefered if u can speak mandarin ;
2. Familiar with local employment rules in Malaysia and Southeast Asia, understand local laws and regulations and corporate culture

3, Have R&D experience (must), familiar with the process system of human resources work, proficient in recruitment and talent training;
4. focused on 0-1 team building in the early stage, strong recruitment and certain recruitment resources.

5, which who can speak mandarian and malay is prefered

Pay: RM35,580.00 - RM480,000.51 per year
