**EXECUTIVE**

**INFORMATION, COMMUNICATION & TECHNOLOGY DIVISION (ICTD), CHANCELLERY**

**KEY ROLES**:

- Design and develop visually engaging multimedia content—including graphics, videos, animations, and interactive media—through **ACE platforms, systems, and websites.**:

- Collaborate with writers, editors, project managers, and other team members to ensure multimedia content aligns with project objectives and effectively engages the target audience.
- Utilize industry-standard tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, video editing programs, and B58 modeling/animation software, to produce high-quality multimedia materials.
- Stay current with design trends, software advancements, and emerging technologies in multimedia design.
- Conduct research and gather insights on user preferences, design best practices, and technical requirements to guide multimedia development.
- Plan, organize, and manage project timelines to ensure multimedia deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Test, review, and troubleshoot multimedia products to ensure functionality, quality, and compliance with standards.
- Maintain a professional portfolio showcasing multimedia skills, creativity, and experience for prospective clients or employers.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Systems, or a related field.
- Technical Requirements
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and providing technical support for teaching and learning platforms.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML and JavaScript, with knowledge of back-end languages such as PHP or Python.
- Hands-on experience in Database Management, including SQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with System Integration, including API development and middleware technologies.
