Requirement:

- Must have Scaffolding Competency : Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3

**Job Description**:

- Attend meeting and liaise with Client’s, Consultant’s, Authorities’ in regard to contractual matters and requirements.
- Planning and supervising the scaffolding works (erection & dismantle works).
- Coordinate, update and keep record of site staffs, manpower planning, site pass validation, materials and quality of works
- Responsible to prepare work done in daily basis and get approved by client / job owner.
- Overseeing the erection of the scaffold, do final inspection of the scaffold tags prior to initial occupation for use.
- Inspections of scaffolds after modifications / alterations have been made.
- Responsible to manage subcontractor / direct workers including preparation of progress claims and subcontractor progress claims.
- Oversee the implementation of works in compliance with specifications, license and drawings, including work at confined space.
- Prepare and sign off all correspondences, submissions, documents related to the project / operation.
- Assist Project Manager for planning, implement and enforce site work programs or events (safety campaign, in-house training, shutdown, induction and etc.)
- Responsible to prepare and monitor of internal disciplinary action within site, non-compliance reports (NCR/CAR) till final solution
- To perform any other tasks as requested by the superiors and management and to generally perform all administrative work;
- To strictly adhere to ISO 45001 : 2018 requirements when carry out auditing.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
