**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the merchandising team across assigned territories.
- Ensure all Power Root products are well-displayed, adequately stocked, and aligned with planogram guidelines.
- Monitor execution of promotional activities, point-of-sale materials, and display setups in all retail outlets.
- Conduct regular store visits to audit compliance, review merchandising performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Liaise with sales and marketing teams to align field execution with current campaigns and product launches.
- Compile and submit reports on merchandising activities, competitor movements, and outlet feedback.
- Train, coach, and evaluate merchandisers to ensure high performance and adherence to SOPs.
- Manage attendance, scheduling, and route planning for the merchandising team.
- Handle issues or discrepancies with store management in a professional and solution-oriented manner.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in merchandising, with prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Familiarity with the FMCG industry, preferably in beverage or consumer goods categories.
- Good communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Able to travel extensively and possess own transport.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and reporting tools.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
