Manage the team by monitoring the work task and activities
- Conduct weekly meeting with CEO
- Work closely together with team in order to meet the targeted sales
- Provide weekly report to CEO
- Looking for opportunity for business development and collaboration with external parties to enhance the revenue of the company
- Making sure that the sales operation been done properly and avoid from fraud.
- Conduct high level deal and negotiation with high level parties to enhance the company revenue.

**Experience & Skills**:

- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
- Able to speak, understand and write in English
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge about FX, CFD’s, and other financial instrument.
- Strong knowledge and experience in introducing broker business.
- Strong knowledge about FX broker
- Good computer literacy (MS Office)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM5,000.00 per month
