**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily production activities to ensure output, quality, and delivery schedules are met.
- Lead and guide production operators in performing assembly, testing, and packaging of optical modules.
- Monitor product quality and coordinate with QA team to resolve defects or process deviations.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, ISO standards, and cleanroom/ESD requirements.
- Oversee proper handling, usage, and basic maintenance of production equipment.
- Manage shift schedules, manpower allocation, and attendance of production staff.
- Track production data (output, yield, scrap, downtime) and submit regular reports to the Production Leader/Manager.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Lean, Kaizen) to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
- Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and adherence to company policies on the production floor.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 -3 years of production experience, preferably in optical modules, electronics, or semiconductor manufacturing.
- Fresh graduates with interest in manufacturing are also welcome to apply.
- Experience supervising or leading a team in a manufacturing/cleanroom environment.
- Knowledge of optical module assembly, fiber alignment, or precision testing is an added advantage.
- Familiar with ISO standards, SOPs, and quality control practices.
- Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement methods.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage frontline operators.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle shift or extended hours when required.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with production reporting tools (ERP/MES systems is a plus).
- Strong communication and coordination skills, as well as problem-solving abilities; basic listening and speaking skills in Mandarin are required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
