Provide daily general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office operations activities. - Liaise with internal department and external party to follow up on related administrative matters. - Organize, develop and maintain proper filing system. - Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time. - Able to communicate - Knowledge in microsoft / basic computer skills - Perfoms administrative and office support activities for multiple-task. - Performs other duties as assigned.
