**GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Planning and scheduling of production operations for specific product group.
- Responsible to advise committed date to Customer Service based on lead-time, material and production capacity.
- Plan, control and coordinate with Purchasers on material deliveries for production continuity.
- Drive Quality, Engineering, Production and Purchasing to make decision for Quality issues affecting customer delivery. Then inform Customer Service if there are any changes in the schedule.
- Use ERP / MRP functions for Planning, Bill of Material and other report functions. Use MS Excel like Pivot, VLOOKUP for analysis.
- To interact daily with Purchasing, Production, Store, Customer Service and Quality or Engineering (as needed).
- To lead weekly meetings for specific product group to discuss outstanding orders, deliveries, bottlenecks and (if any) resolve issues that might arise.
- Calculate and present Monthly On-Time-Delivery to the team.
- Assist in ad-hoc task assigned by HOD from time to time.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
