**Job Purpose**
- Scrutinize daily system changes based on the relevance, timeliness, priority and importance of changes introduced into the system, across the Maybank Group, which may includes subsidiaries and Overseas Units.
- Identify and highlight to Line Manager, known or potential issues associated with any system change introduced.
- Closely monitor all outstanding system change requests awaiting consideration or action; diagnose and refer back any system changes that have backed out.
- Promote compliance culture among stakeholders in overall IT Change Management policies, procedures, processes and standard practises.
- Ensure the execution of the established and revised system workflow complying with the Regional SDLC processes so that synchronization and standardization across the Maybank Group is firmly grounded.

**Qualification**
- Possess a professional qualification with a recognised Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business IT or any related discipline
- Professional certifications such as ITIL, COBIT, Six Sigma, CISA or other related professional IT certifications would be an added advantage
- A minimum of two to three years of professional experience in IT change management, service management, or a related field, particularly in the MNC or financial institution sector.

**Competencies**
- Well versed in ITIL framework
- Knowledge and experience at ITIL Foundation LevelKnowledge and experience at Change Management Practitioner levelChange Management tools familiarity
- Possess sound knowledge of banking systems and IT related processes
- Possess sound knowledge on various technology stacks, system development life cycle, Agile methodology, IT infrastructure, and Service Management daily operation in enterprise scale working environment
- Work attitude - is independent, resourceful, willing to take challenges and able to manage work groups
- Planning effectiveness - Able to develop clear, measurable and realistic objectives and set specific programmes to ensure efficient implementation and control
- Good relationship management skills - Able to manage conflict between project team members, manage relationships with the project teams & stakeholders, and provides feedback to the team, and relevant managers
- Good communication skills - Possesses a demonstrable ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all key stakeholders and their reporting line
- Good problem-solving skills - Able to speedily identify and resolve problems and issues as they arise, within a tight delivery time-frame

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
