Cognizant is looking for a talented and experienced Content Reviewer (Korean Language) to join our inclusive and collaborative team in Kuala Lumpur. The Content Reviewer (Korean Language) role comes with a generous salary and many excellent benefits.

As a Content Reviewer (Korean Language) you will understand and remain up to date with client’s policies and guidelines.

In your first few weeks in this Content Reviewer (Korean Language) role, you can expect to:

- Analyse and identify content on creator channels that does not comply with requirements and flag for action promptly
- Make well-balanced decisions and help resolve inquiries according to defined policies and procedures
- Investigate and resolve issues that are reported on such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content
- Review the reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
- Recognise trends and patterns and escalate issues outside policy
- A diploma and above
- Proficiency in using Google products, including YouTube, Gmail, Calendar, and Google Drive
- Knowledgeable with channels that provide on-demand video
- Experience with confidential information collection and management (preferable)
- Willing to work on a rotational 24*7 shift basis including weekends
- Excellent in both English and Korean language (prefer to have TOPIK L4, L5, L6)
