The Business Unit Manager will be responsible for growing the revenue and expanding the company brand in the assigned large region with significant revenue. Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales professionals. Gaining business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Involve in new RFQ activities and quote preparation
- To explore & approach new customers and follow up with some existing customers.
- Ensure close follow-up with customers to close the sales deal.
- Able to manage and execute projects as defined in the business case, schedule, budget, and scope
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure responsiveness to customer requests.
- Good understanding of customer’s requirements, conceptual, and objectives to provide a total solution of design work in compliance with SEMI,
- environmental, mechanical specifications, and safety regulations.
- Willing to accept new challenges.
- To oversee and be accountable for overall project readiness and delivery

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree required. Masters Degree preferred.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of work-related experience required in automation.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese.
- Must process own transport and be flexible to travel within Malaysia & Overseas.
- Able to work beyond working hours
- Mature, self-motivated, proactive and independent
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs preferably from a mechanical engineering solution environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
