_**JOB & RESPONSIBILITIES**_
**ADMIN OFFICER**:
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of parking transactions, permits, and enforcement.
- **Customer Service**: Address inquiries and issues from users of the parking facilities.
- **Policy Enforcement**: Ensure compliance with parking regulations and address violations as necessary.
- **Staff Management**: Supervise parking staff, including scheduling and training.
- **Reporting**: Generate reports on parking occupancy, violations, and revenue as needed.
- **System Management**: Operate and manage software tools like _**Bukku**_ for efficient parking management.
**HR ADMININSTRATION**:
- To assist Head Of Department of HR
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare reports and HR metrics for management regarding staffing, turnover, and employee satisfaction.
**Recruitment and Staffing**:
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
**Required Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in an ADMIN / HR role (typically 1-3 years) preferred.
- Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations is an advantage but not required.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
