**Responsibilities**:

- Compile the incident records and submit the incident report to TC Head Office by monthly basic.
- Compile chemical safety data sheet and to prepare Chemical register for nationwide branches
- To assist on premise registration after consolidation of TCW/TCIES with TC Trucks peninsular.
- Monitor and compile the EHS Report (Scheduled Waste, Oil Trap Report)
- Monitor on the eSWIS compliance and generate monthly report.
- Coordinate the safety and health committee activities for steering committee and workplace committee.
- Follow up and support the branches to close the inspection findings and improve the compliance.
- Assist to coordinate the safety activities conducted at TCIE Head Office (e.g. fire drill, training, meeting, etc.).
- Assist in administrative work (filing, documentation, safety alert, network list, emergency contact no. etc.)
- Follow up the proposed corrective and preventive action.

**Requirement**:

- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in **Environmental Science, Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, or a related field**.
- Basic understanding of **EHS regulations, policies, and practices**.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Able to be based at **Batu Caves**.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM550.00 - RM850.00 per month
