**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage detailed BIM models for MEP, ACMV, and Firefighting systems using relevant software such as Revit, Navisworks, etc.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of systems within the BIM environment.
- Interpret design drawings and specifications to create precise 3D models.
- Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts in collaboration with project teams.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, BIM protocols, and local building codes.
- Generate detailed shop drawings and documentation from BIM models.
- Regularly update and maintain BIM models based on project changes and revisions.
- Provide technical support to the project team on BIM-related tasks.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modeling for MEP, ACMV, and Firefighting systems.
- Proficient in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, ACMV designs, and Firefighting standards.
- Knowledge of BIM coordination processes and clash detection tools.
- Familiarity with local building regulations and codes in Malaysia.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with other BIM platforms or tools is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with project management software is desirable.
- Certification in BIM modeling or related fields will be a plus.

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
