**Position: Business Development Manager**
**Type: Full-time**
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.
- Track and report on sales performance and progress towards targets.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to inform business development strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
