**Company Background**:The company is a prominent provider of sensory experience solutions with expertise in various core technologies including semiconductor. The company is located in Senai, Johor. Notably, they are the sole micro-component manufacturing company from China ranked in the top 10 company in China.


**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and safeguard the company’s official stamp, including storage, approval control, usage tracking, and record documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of fixed assets, review material requests, and ensure timely procurement of office and departmental supplies.
- Oversee daily office operations, including facility management, meeting room coordination, and customer reception activities.
- Supervise maintenance of factory areas such as cleaning, landscaping, waste management, and minor repair works.
- Manage employee dormitories, handle feedback, and implement improvement measures to enhance living conditions and satisfaction.
- Coordinate business travel arrangements in accordance with company policies and maintain proper supporting documentation.
- Implement cost control initiatives, monitor administrative expenditures, and support procurement of office supplies and services.
- Organize and assist in company meetings, events, and production-related coordination to ensure efficient communication between departments.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities with a proactive and responsible attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with ERP or inventory systems is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations, quality standards, and continuous improvement practices.

**Working hours: 8.30am-5.30pm (5 days works)**
**Salary: up to RM5.5k**
**Benefits: AWS (13th month payment)**

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- administrative: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Chinese (preferred)
