We are looking for a professional Instructional Designer to design and develop learning and practicing experiences. The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner.

**Responsibilities & Requirements**:

- Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
- Analyze clients’ contents and transform into storyboard.
- Design instructional e-learning materials that meet training objective.
- Describe and provide a rationale for the selection of an instructional approach.
- Write Voice Over(VO) Script: Consistent use of tenses, grammars, terminologies that are interesting and varied.
- Propose creative Instructional Design ideas that make the training interactive and engaging.
- Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting Client and Project Manager Support requirements job.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Able to communicate, read, write, present in English.
- Able to explain a topic in various ways or level of language, based on the target audience and objective.
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
- Willing to travel when necessary.
- Ability to work in a team and be independent at the same time.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Preferable 1 year of working experience in the related field.
- Required Skill(s): Ms PowerPoint, Ms Word
- Preferably Extra Skill(s): Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Training & Development or equivalent.
