Plan Production Schedule and update where necessary. Coordinate production activities, identify schedule related problems and work with department concerned to solve problems. Ensure timely maintenance and release of work orders to the manufacturing plant. Release and schedule kiting of work order per plan and changes if necessary that is approved by concern department. Check all work order for shortages and liaise with Purchase on material pull in schedule. Follow through work order in process to completion and ensure it is transacted and closed in on timely basis. Perform all shipment transactions & arrangement. Generate DO & Invoices regarding to the shipment requirement. Generate reports pertaining to all Shipping and Customs activities. Maintaining the filing of all the shipment necessary document. Other shipping duties as assigned by the superior.
