**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate vehicle recommendations.
- Explain and demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, and benefits clearly.
- Arrange and conduct test drives with potential buyers, ensuring safety and proper explanation of vehicle performance.
- Provide accurate pricing, financing, and insurance information to customers.
- Prepare detailed quotations, trade-in evaluations, and payment plans.
- Assist customers in the entire sales process, from booking to vehicle delivery.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Conduct regular follow-up with existing customers for repeat business or referrals.
- Coordinate with the service and delivery team to ensure timely and smooth handover of vehicles.
- Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events to generate new leads.
- Stay updated on new vehicle models, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and sales performance.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly individual and team sales targets.
- Ensure high standards of showroom cleanliness and vehicle presentation.
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for internal review.
- Collaborate with marketing team to plan campaigns and promotions.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
