Key Responsibilities: - Prepare cost estimates and project budgets. - Handle tendering and contract documentation. - Monitor project progress and control costs. - Evaluate contractor claims and variations. - Work closely with clients, consultants, and site teams. - Prepare progress claims, final accounts, and reports. **Requirements**: - Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field. - 1-3 years of relevant experience (or fresh grads welcome, if junior role). - Basic knowledge of construction contracts and project costing. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic QS software. - Good communication and teamwork skills.
