**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1) Lead BAFT (Build A Future Team)**
- Drive the strategic vision and execution of BAFT events, including summits, forums, webinars, fireside chats, and roundtables.
- Build and nurture an engaged community of professionals in HR and IT.
- Collaborate with partners from industry, government, and academia to co-develop impactful programming.

**2. Manage Company-Wide Events**
- Plan and support organizational events such as product launches, marketing events, industry showcases, and training programs.
- Work with internal business units to align events with key goals across B2B, B2C, Digital, and Public Sector segments.

**3. Community & Ecosystem Engagement**
- Plan community touchpoints including newsletters, polls, meetups, and learning sessions.

**4. Content & Podcast Management (Added Value)**
- Conceptualize and manage a podcast or videocast series featuring thought leaders and industry experts.
- Collaborate with the content team and external speakers to create insightful, high-quality episodic content.

**5. Strategic Stakeholder Management**
- Build partnerships that drive audience growth, brand authority, and engagement.

**6. Reporting & Optimization**
- Track KPIs and provide post-event analysis, including ROI, attendance, satisfaction scores, and community growth metrics.
- Recommend improvements based on performance insights and audience feedback.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
- Minimum 8 - 10 years’ experience in event management, community building, or experiential marketing.
- Proven managerial experience leading cross-functional teams or agency/vendor coordination.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable presenting to leadership and external audiences.
- Proficient in using digital tools (event platforms, CRM, social media, podcast tools, etc.)
- Experience hosting or managing a podcast or thought leadership platform.
- Demonstrated success building or scaling a professional community.
- Prior work in ecosystem-building initiatives related to HR, Cybersecurity, or Digital Talent.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
