- Assist/prepare project scope of work document from the proposal on project management engagement for client approval.
- Prepare project organisation chart and communication channel to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage report and configuration documentation submission throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Perform projects administrative work in monitoring the projects schedule and resources utilisation.
- Keep project stakeholder informed thru simplified project dashboard status report, minutes of meeting, issues log and distribute documents to all project team members.
- Track & manage project variation due to client change request.
- Prepare Completion Acceptance (COA) certificates and ensure all required project close out documents are obtained.
- Prepare billing document for invoice generation.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum a Diploma or equivalent in an IT related discipline.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite of products like Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Familiarity in using the MS Project product.
- 2 years working experience with knowledge in IT infrastructure works
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment
- Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Strong multi-tasking and administrative organisational skills.
