**Dental Clinic Manager | Central Area | Up to $18K RM| 5.5 Days**

**Salary**: $4,000 - $6,000 SGD ($12,000rm - $18,000RM)

Location: Novena & Somerset

Working Days: 5.5 Days per week

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure efficient day-to-day clinic operations (cover 2 clinics : Novena & Somerset), including staffing, scheduling, and resolving any issues that arise
- Maintain cleanliness, adhere to health and safety regulations, and ensure clinic facilities and equipment are in good condition
- Oversee inventory of supplies and equipment, evaluate stock levels, and manage resources effectively to control costs
- Collate monthly reports, monitor staff records and attendance, and maintain accurate documentation
- Appraise staff performance, organize training and development programs, promote motivation and teamwork, and support staff induction
- Improve customer service levels, handle patient queries and complaints professionally, and maintain positive relationships with patients, parents, and referring dentists
- Execute productivity increase strategies, optimize dental staff and procedural value, and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

**Requirements**:

- At least 2-5 Year(s) of relevant experience is required for this position.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Resourceful and able to communicate effectively with staff, doctors and patients
- Ability to lead and work effectively in a team and work in a fast-paced environment
- Possess strong leadership, planning and interpersonal skills - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
