JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
What You'll Do:
- Investigation of Illicit streaming devices/services and seller/distributor information via forensic tools.-
- Assist IP Protection team and Anti-Piracy Engineering team with any ad-hoc tasks required.
REQUIREMENTS:
Who You Are:
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, Law, Criminology, or Intellectual Property Law.- Interest in anti-piracy measures and digital IP protection.- Basic knowledge of streaming technologies (e.g., IPTV, OTT platforms).- Basic understanding of intellectual property (IP) concepts, especially digital media and piracy.- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles related to piracy and streaming.- Basic knowledge of data privacy and ethical investigation practices.- Basic understanding of IP-related legal frameworks (preferred, training can be provided).- Attention to detail for accurate documentation of findings.- Problem-solving mindset for ad-hoc tasks and adaptability.- Strong written and verbal communication for reporting and collaboration.- Willingness to learn specialised tools for tracking illicit streaming activities.
