**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain the school’s front office, including welcoming visitors, parents, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain and organize school records, correspondence, and other documents in both physical and digital formats.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for school leadership and staff.
- Prepare letters, memos, reports, and other official documents as required.
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail and manage courier services.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas and taking accurate minutes during meetings.
- Ensure proper filing and archiving of school documentation for easy retrieval.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to relay information and follow up on assigned tasks.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Support the Principal, Vice Principal, and other senior staff with administrative tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of school events, parent-teacher meetings, and official functions.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the school management.
**Requirements**:
- Malaysian citizen.
- Minimum Diploma in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management systems.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under mínimal supervision.
- Professional demeanor, discretion, and a customer-focused attitude.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
**Working Hours**:
Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
