To attend an inbound calls to assist an inquiries from the customers in a call centre environment
- Identify and handle customers inquiries completely and accurately to the satisfaction of the customer
- Liaise with appropriate department to resolve issues brought up by customers
- Maximise opportunities to up sell/cross sell company product and services in accordance to guidelines given
- Keep up-to-date on new or enhanced products/ service in order to maintain a high level of service to customer
- Maintain confidentiality at the organisation customer and data
- Adhere to work schedule as planned

Job Requirement:
- At least one (1) year experience in Contact Centre environment.
- Possess good interpersonal, communications and customer service skills
- Normal working Hours
- IT savvy

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 48 per week

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 per month
