Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

- Establish, document, implement, maintain and verify the compliance of the Program in accordance with the requirements of Standard ANSI/ESD S20.20-2014.
- Evaluate materials before purchasing them to avoid damaging the product (Release-Validation ESD.xls).
- Annual review ground system that have an good conditions (Delta)
- Verify the compliance of the Program in accordance with the requirements of Standard ANSI/ESD S20.20-2014.
- Maintain the ANSI ESD S20.20 Certification.
- Analyze defect data and drive root cause corrective action resolution following 8D methodology.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance ESD processes and may support teams to prepare for audits
- Support ESD activities for new product introductions
- Provide ESD 20.20 criteria guidance following industry and customer specifications

**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**:

- Good understanding of quality standards including ESD20.20 standards
- Ability to exercise good judgment in providing ESD guidance
- Strong knowledge of shop floor control and quality management documentation systems
- Have skill in the use of the ESD equipment : Ohmmeter, Advanced ground circuit tester, Charge plate monitor, Surface resistance meter kit, Digital Statistical Field Meter

**Physical Demands**:

- The job works in conditions with frequent exposure (34% - 66%) to noise, odours, dust, drafts, chemicals, operating machinery, temperature extremes, hazardous substances, etc.
- Duties may require repetitive lifting of heavy objects (over 5 kg.), repetitive manual movements (e.g., keyboarding), carrying, pushing or pulling light objects, (under 5 kg.), carrying, pushing or pulling heavy objects (over 5 kg.)

**Typical Experience**:

- 4 to 6 years

**Typical Education**:

- High School Graduation. G.E.D. (or equivalent)
