- Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of office buildings, including (but not limited to) security guardhouse, workers’ hostel, machines, tools, and equipment.
- Work with relevant departments to source vendors/contractors for maintenance or repair works, review quotations, and present recommendations to Management.
- Coordinate with departments and vendors/contractors on installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair works for office facilities, machines, and equipment.
- Ensure all facilities, machines, and equipment comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain proper records and filing systems for all maintenance and repair activities.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties and organizational projects as assigned.

**Job Requirements:

- **
- Able to communicate in basic English and Mandarin.
- Positive working attitude, independent, and a self-motivated team player.
- 5-day work week.
- Work location: Ulu Tiram.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
