Administrative Support**
- Assist in preparing and maintaining safety documents, reports, and records.
- ** Inspections & Audits**
- Support the execution of workplace safety inspections and audits.
- Assist in identifying unsafe practices or conditions and reporting them to the safety officer or supervisor.
- Help monitor use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- ** Data Collection & Analysis**
- Gather data for incident reports, near-misses, and hazard observations.
- Participate in root cause analysis and suggest corrective actions.
- ** Training & Awareness**
- Assist in organizing safety training sessions and awareness campaigns.
- Help prepare training materials and presentations.
- Participate in safety briefings and toolbox talks.
- ** Compliance & Documentation**
- Support efforts to ensure compliance with OSHA, DOSH, or other regulatory standards.
- Assist in updating safety policies, SOPs, and risk assessments.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum Diploma in related field
- Minimum 10 weeks of internship period
- Willing to relocate to Lumut, Perak
