Position Summary

This is not your average executive role — you will lead marketing strategy and oversee a small team of sales and marketing interns, while working directly with the CEO and creative production team. If you're ready to build brand presence, manage cross-platform campaigns, and guide a growing team toward real educational impact, this is your moment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives
- Lead campaign planning across digital, print, and event-based platforms
- Oversee content creation and manage social media presence (FB, IG, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Supervise marketing interns and coordinate with two Sales Executives to ensure performance targets
- Collaborate with the Digital Creative Unit to develop engaging visuals and promotional materials
- Track KPIs, analyze campaign data, and report marketing ROI to management
- Conduct competitor and market research to refine strategy
- Coordinate branding and promotion for outreach events, launches, and partnerships
- Maintain internal marketing documentation, reports, and asset libraries

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of marketing experience with some exposure to strategic planning
- Strong project management and team coordination skills
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, Mailchimp (or similar tools)
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and handle multiple projects
- A passion for education and interest in digital content, edtech, or community impact
- Bonus: Experience managing interns or junior staff, or running campaigns from end to end

Salary & Benefits
- Starting salary from RM3,500.00 (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
