**This position in overall is, managing the quality management system in the company developed on the basis of international ISO standards;**
**Management of company policies and other compliance matters.**

**_ Quality Management System:_**
- Maintenance, deployment and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Provide value add audit findings analysis to process/procedure owners to enable
effective improvements.
- Perform the QMS document management & control function.
- Organize and facilitate the Quality Management Review meeting and the
implementation of action points from management review.
- Track and monitor the implementation of key performance indicators pertaining to the quality management system to ensure alignment in meeting customer satisfaction.

**_Compliance Program:_**
- Monitor and overall oversight, coordination and support for the execution of country ethics and compliance program consistent with overall corporate objectives
- Provides support with the implementation of the culture of ethics and compliance program to ensure compliance with the Code of Conduct, anti-corruption laws, or company policies and procedures, to include:

- Compliance Risk Assessment and Mitigation Plan.
- Training, Education and Communication.
- Escalation and Reporting of Compliance Matters
- Compliance Metrics, Auditing, Reporting and Continuous Improvement.
- Investigations and Resolution.
- Assist in providing compliance advice to all levels on an ongoing basis
- Maintain and updating ISO related documentations for all department.
