**Position**: Clinic Assistant

**Salary range**: RM1,500 - RM1,800

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- **
- Handle front desk duties (Greeting patients )
- Answering phone calls
- Ensuring patients cards or treatment chit are prepared correctly according to SOP
- Registering patients at the counter with utmost care and good customer servce
- Keeping registration counter neat and tidy while maintaining clinic's image
- Filing and retrieving of patient cards ensuring filing system is followed and maintained for easy retrieval to minimize filing errors and misplaced/missing cards
- Assisting doctor in treatment room.
- Willing to learn the medical equipment and items.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Senior Clinic Assistant: Certificate/Diploma in Healthcare/Nursing
- Clinic Assistant: Minimum SPM/STPM
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
