Assistant Architect

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in conceptual design development, schematic drawings, and design presentations.
- Prepare and coordinate architectural working drawings, details, and documentation for authority submission and tender processes.
- Participate in site meetings, design coordination with engineers, quantity surveyors, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and LAM requirements.
- Support project architects in day-to-day project execution and delivery.
- Engage in continuous learning and development in preparation for LAM Part III.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor or Master of Architecture (Part II equivalent), recognized by LAM or Board of Architects Malaysia (BAM).
- Registered Graduate Architect with LAM (Part II).
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in architecture or construction projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong design sensibility, technical detailing, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with Malaysian building regulations, UBBL, and local authority submission processes is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
