**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Assisting in Quality Activities**: Help in performing quality to ensure they meet the required standards which is implementation of the QMS.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Assist in preparing quality reports, tracking issues, and compiling data for management review.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze quality-related data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- **Supporting Audits**: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and following audit procedures. Procedure revision with related department.
- **Process Improvement**: Participate in quality improvement projects and provide feedback for process enhancements.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the cross functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
- **Learning**: Gain hands-on experience in quality management systems, industry standards, and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Enrolled from a Bachelor's degree program in Safety & Health Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related field.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data and identify patterns.
- **Communication Skills**: Good verbal and written communication skills to report findings and collaborate with different teams.
- **Problem-Solving Ability**: Ability to identify quality issues and suggest solutions.
- **Familiarity with Software**: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with data analysis or any quality management software( If any).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month
