Attending to enquiries after Service Marketing sent out service reminders & promotional packages via weekly SMS blast to enhance customer retention rate
- To conduct weekly customer service satisfaction surveys for both sales (post-purchase)and after sales (post-service and repair).This initiative aims to gather feedback from our customers to enhance their experience and improve our services
- To uphold and enhance the current insurance Renewal Rate for CCC ,enhance customer convenience and potentially diversify revenue streams
**KEY RESULTS AREA**
- To dutifully conduct outbound surveys for 2 main customer satisfaction surveys /follow up calls provided by Sales (post-purchase) and after sales department (post service and repair). This aims to evaluate feedback for the purpose of improving and enhancing customer experience. Additionally it focuses on maintaining our top CSI position and return sales
- Respond promptly to inquiries ,address customer feedback and complains professionally and go the extra mile to exceed expectations, Escalate customers concern to the branch level and follow through until the case has been resolved
- Assist inbound enquiries and identify customer needs and providing the correct solutions by proactively obtaining info from department involved/concern
- To fulfill customer motor insurance and road tax renewal needs
- To support in data cleansing exercise
- Managing 'Body And Paint' enquiries and service requests as needed efficiently
- Ready to take any additional task or projects assigned by my immediate superior and the management Team
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
