**职位概述**

负责客房部、娱乐/健康俱乐部和洗衣房(如适用)的日常轮班运作。指导并与员工合作,核实酒店客房、公共空间和员工区域干净整洁。完成检查并安排相关人员负责采取纠正措施。协助确保客人和员工的满意度,同时维持经营预算。

**教育和经验要求**
- 高中文凭或高中同等学历 (GED);2 年客房部或相关专业领域工作经验。

或者
- 在经认可的大学取得酒店及餐厅管理、酒店管理、工商管理或相关专业的两年制学位;不要求工作经验。

**核心工作活动**

**管理客房部运营和预算**
- 确认及时有效地将客房状态传达给前台。
- 每天检查客房。
- 取得亟待清理客房的清单,以及准备结账或退房的房号清单,以便准备工作分配。
- 清点库存,以核实物资充足。
- 支持并监督所有客房和公共空间的有效检查计划。
- 了解部门运营对酒店整体财务目标和宗旨的影响,并设法实现或超越预算目标。
- 确认所有员工拥有适当的用品、设备和制服。
- 向员工传达需要关注的方面,并跟进以确认理解。
- 监督客房部日常轮班运作,并核实遵守所有客房部政策、标准和程序。
- 参加部门会议并不断传达关于部门目标的明确一致信息,以产生期望的绩效。

**开展人力资源活动**
- 使用所有可用的在职培训工具,培训新的客房服务员,并在必要时提供后续培训。
- 与员工建立和保持开放的协作关系,并核实员工自己也这样做。
- 按照业务需求安排员工,并跟踪员工的时间和出勤情况。
- 确认员工了解期望和因素。
- 核实酒店政策被公平一致地执行,根据标准和当地运作程序(SOP 和 LSOP)完成惩戒程序和文件,并支持同事评议流程(如适用)。
- 监督人员编制,确认宾客服务、运营需求和财务目标均得以满足。
- 观察员工的服务行为并向个人和/或经理提供反馈。
- 确认在所有班次表彰员工。
- 参与持续的员工认可计划。
- 征求员工反馈意见,采用“门户开放”政策,并审查员工满意度结果,以确定和解决员工的问题或疑虑。
- 参与员工渐进性惩处程序。
- 庆祝成功并公开表彰团队成员的贡献。
