Position: Customer Service (Airlines) - Thai speaker
Location: KL Sentral
Working hours: Rotational shift between 9 AM - 9 PM
Working days: 5 working days, 2 off days; Monday to Sunday

**Salary**: RM4,000 + RM200 housing allowance + KPI bonus

**Requirements**:

- Native Thai speaker
- Good English, B2 level at least
- Diploma and above

**Responsibilities**:
2. Identify and address customer needs, researching and providing solutions.
3. Go the extra mile to build sustainable customer relationships.
4. Ensure customer privacy and protect sensitive information.
5. Meet personal and team targets, both qualitatively and quantitatively.
6. Handle inquiries efficiently, ranging from simple to complex, within specified time frames.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 per month

- Rotational shift
