**About The Role**

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Interior Design Lead with strong leadership, sales, and project management capabilities to join our growing team. You will be responsible for leading design projects from concept to completion, collaborating closely with the design team and other departments, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent design and service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Leadership & Managing**: Lead and oversee interior design projects from initial concept, proposal, and presentation through to project completion, manage and mentor a team of Interior Designers to maintain high standards of creativity, professionalism, and accountability.
- **Punctuality & Quality**:Drive project goals and deliverables within timelines and budget, conduct quality control checks and site visits to ensure execution meets design intent.
- **Collaborative Spirit**: Actively support sales strategies and participate in client meetings to pitch ideas, close deals, and maintain relationships, with internal departments including Project, Carpentry, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- **Accountability**: Take ownership of client satisfaction and manage design revisions where necessary, to monitor market trends and suggest innovative design solutions aligned with industry standards.

**What we expected from you**
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or related field
- 5 years and above of professional experience in interior design with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role
- Strong portfolio showcasing residential and/or commercial projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage clients and team members
- Proven ability in sales conversion, client handling, and upselling design services and skilled in design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and highly organized in managing multiple projects.
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive attitude toward teamwork and continuous improvement
- Proficient in Mandarin, English

Pay: Starting RM 5,000.00 above per month
