1. Talent Acquisition and Management:

- Develop and implement manpower planning strategies to ensure the right talent is in place to support business objectives.
- Continuously optimize compensation and benefit packages to attract and retain top talent.

2. Learning and Development:

- Establish, implement, and monitor the annual, monthly, and weekly training plans for all teams.
- Track the success rates of training initiatives and identify gaps for improvement.
- Manage the HRCorp budget, allocating funds to key areas for personnel development and engagement.

3. Workplace Safety and Compliance:

- Ensure a healthy, safe, and conducive work environment in compliance with local regulations.
- Oversee workplace safety protocols and crisis management procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

4. Employee Relations and Policies:

- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Ensure that HR policies and procedures are adhered to with a firm and fair approach.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and confidential manner.

5. Policy and Process Optimization:

- Maintain and revise the company’s handbook, policies, and procedures to reflect current best practices and legal requirements.
- Continuously optimize HR and administrative processes to improve efficiency.

6. Office Management:

- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient workplace.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to manage office supplies and facilities.

7. Data and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate HR records and generate regular reports on key HR metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangsar South: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 5 years (preferred)
