**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and monthly sales and performance analysis
- Posting of month-end journal entries and preparation of monthly management accounts
- Maintain fixed asset listing as well as prepare audit schedules
- Prepare quarterly GST filing for submission
- Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax advisors, company secretary and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance
- Oversee and support team for administrative matters
- Handle all administrative duties such as procurement, arranging for courier, scanning and filing of documents etc.
- Assist in asset and facilities management
- Assist in scheduling staff remote work schedule
- Perform ad hoc duties as required

**Job Requirements**:

- New graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply
- Relevant experience preferred
- Able to work independently to organize and prioritise work with minimum supervision.
- Meticulous with strong analytical skill and able to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication
- Team player with initiative, willingness to learn and take on responsibilities
- Working location: Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Sarawak

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
