. Manage the R&D day to day activities in the laboratory
- responsible for the development. Work with the marketing & operations team to determine and establish new products / new lab analysis. Assist in execution of quality assurance on the company's products, incoming raw material and environmental monitoring in production. Perform tests on samples for R&D purposes. Plan the formulations for new products. Conduct R&D study and prepare report from time to time
