Regional Development Manager

Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders - Getting new business and continue to served and handling current company customers from China market. - Provide pricing strategies advice to the board and Chairperson to have more accurate view of the market and the company’s future - Set the targeting strategies from country to country depends on requirement for new business development - Prepare and implement comprehensive marketing plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities including sales forecasting - Represent the company to communicate and maintain trust relationships between board, business partners and authorities including negotiation and contract finalization with business partners - Read all submitted reports by lower ranks personnel to reward performance, prevent issues and resolve problems like sales quantity must matched balance stocks record - Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from top down in company all the time in collecting monitoring and any legal action to customers on outstanding debts payment - Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance by coordinating with Operation team in supply schedule and taking new orders basis oil cargo availability and supply schedule for maximum performance - Oversee the company’s financial performance, investment and other business ventures by coordinating with Account Department to have funds and trade facilities to purchase oil for company maximum benefits - Handling any disputes of supply problems on quantity and quality with buyer and vessel master/chief engineer during supplying time and for laboratory test matter
