**Position**: Account Executive (Financial and E-Commerce Account Management)

**Location**: WANGSA MAJU

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: RM 2000 - RM 3500

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Account Management**:

- Prepare monthly financial statements, including profit and loss reports, cash flow statements, and balance sheets.
- Monitor and manage the company’s budget to ensure expenditures align with financial targets.
- Process invoices, supplier payments, and ensure efficient handling of accounts receivable and payable.
- Maintain up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- **E-Commerce Account Management**:

- Manage customer accounts and transactions on online sales platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or Shopify.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to ensure accounts meet their targets.
- Assist in pricing strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns to boost revenue.
- **Compliance and Auditing**:

- Ensure all financial activities comply with tax laws and accounting standards.
- Prepare documents and records required for internal or external audits.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyze sales and financial data to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular financial and account performance reports for management.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align online sales and logistics processes.
- Support project management related to finance and e-commerce.
- **Academic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** in finance/accounting.
- Additional experience in managing customer accounts on online sales platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in **accounting software** (e.g., SQL, Xero, QuickBooks) and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) in English and Malay.
- Multitasking abilities to handle the company’s financials and customer accounts simultaneously.
- **Personality and Attributes**:

- Results-oriented, proactive, and efficient in problem-solving.
- Strong work ethics with attention to detail in financial data recording.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- **Additional Advantages**:

- Knowledge of **digital marketing**, SEO, or inventory management on e-commerce platforms.
- Experience in developing strategic financial plans to support company growth.
- Knowledge in E-Invoice is advantages
