**Responsibilities**
- **Customer Assistance**: Greet walk-in customers and provide information on DJI product warranties and repair services.
- **Warranty Claims Processing**: Assist customers in submitting warranty claims, verifying required documents, and tracking claim progress.
- **Service Coordination**: Liaise with technicians and the service team to ensure smooth processing of repairs and warranty claims.
- **Data Entry & Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer information, service requests, and warranty claims in the system.
- **Inventory Support**: Assist in checking stock for replacement parts and tracking incoming and outgoing warranty items.
- **General Administration**: Handle front desk duties, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and managing paperwork.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in **customer service, front desk, or administrative roles** preferred.
- Basic knowledge of **DJI drones and products** is a plus.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM systems**.
- Strong **communication skills** in English and Mandarin (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
